Dissertation/Thesis Support Group
The Counseling Center's Learning Assistance Service has created the Dissertation Support Group to help students get past the dissertation deadlock that often causes bright and capable graduate students to feel overwhelmed by the task confronting them. This semi-structured group focuses on helping graduate students build skills relevant to completing the dissertation (i.e., goal setting and time management) For information on the group, or to register to participate, contact Dr. Marcy Marinelli, Director of the Learning Assistance Service on x47680 or by e-mail marcym@umd.edu.
