Graduate Research Interaction Day
GRID is a one-day inter-disciplinary and inter-departmental poster symposium which provides a forum for UMD graduate students to publicize their research and exchange ideas between departments. Awards are given to those students with superior research presentations. All UMD graduate students are eligible to participate and compete. Cash awards will be given to the top 3 exhibitors in each of five research categories: Arts & Humanities, Social & Behavioral Sciences, Biological & Biomedical Sciences, Physical Sciences & Mathematics, Engineering & Computer Science.
