Registering for Athletic Tickets

Get your basketball and football tickets without competing with undergrads or waiting in line. 10% of University of Maryland student tickets have been set aside for a separate graduate student ticket lottery. This amount is representative of the percentage of student athletics fees paid by grads. You can even print out your tickets at home. Read the rules and register above to place your name in the lottery. You must have a Student ID before registering for athletic tickets.
NOTE:Part-Time and Full-Time students both pay the same amount of Athletic Fees.

Having Problems Registering? Try the Following Steps:
1. Are you a new graduate student? New graduate students typically can't register for the first time until the start of their first semester. You can only sign up during semesters you are registered for classes and have paid your fees.

2. Have you paid your Athletic Fees? Athletic Fees are part of your Mandatory Fees, so you probably have. If you aren't sure, check with the Financial Student Service Center in the Bursar's Office (301 314-9000) or check online at www.umd.edu/bursar/.

2. Contact the Registrar's Office. They can check for possible blocks on your account and see if your ID number is valid. By phone at 301-314-8240.

3. If you are in the clear with the Registrar, it might be a problem with the Athletic Tickets website. Contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 301-314-7070 to try and resolve the issue.

Athletics has an incentive system for students that regularly go to games. The more games you attend the more "loyalty" points you receive thus increases your chances of winning future ticket lotteries.

Athletics has a new policy for people who reserve tickets and then don't use them without canceling them. If it happens twice with football tickets or three times with basketball, the student can lose the ability to apply for tickets for an entire semester.
