Undergraduate Student Hourly Positions:
PT Student Office Assistant Position Available Fall 2007
Hours
15-20 hours/week (typically between 8:30-5:00 pm) with the possibility of evenings as office needs arise.
Duties
Assisting administratively:
Processing forms, typing, filing, mail sorting, running errands, making copies, answering main phone line, greeting visitors, data entry. Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Familiarity with web-based social networking sites (i.e. Facebook, Google Suite) helpful
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Web development (Dreamweaver) experience preferred
- Comfort with (or willingness to learn) Microsoft Access, and web development (HTML, Adobe, Dreamweaver or GoLive) in both Macintosh and Windows platforms preferred
Federal work study preferred (but not essential)
