LSU provides students a place to express Latino culture at the University of Maryland. The LSU serves as a home away from home to students who may feel lost on a campus as large as College Park. Students are given the opportunity to meet other Latinos and form lasting friendships, as well as gaining a sense of familia. The LSU is also very focused with what its members have to say, so the overall feel and attitude of LSU reflects its constituents.
