HOURS AND ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility:

Currently registered University of Maryland College Park graduate students who pay student activity fees are eligible for our services. Graduate students at Shady Grove or other campuses not requiring payment of student activity fees are not eligible.

However, pursuant to state rules governing the practice of law, GLAO cannot get involved in cases involving conflicts or potential conflicts between graduate students. Students who have a conflict with another student should contact the Graduate Student Ombudsman (x53132) as a first step.

We cannot provide services to alumni, other members of the campus community, or students at other UM sites (including University College).
