- Have you reserved your location?
- Visit Andy Mrusko in 1133 Stamp.
- Check for competing programs before finalizing your reservation date.
- Check "yes" for publicity/advertising when filling out your reservation form.
- Send a detailed description of your even to amrusko@umd.edu.

If your event is in the Stamp your options include:
- Use of the Stamp Street Team – These 15 students will chalk, flyer, and conduct surveys for your event.
- An ad on our Visix plasma TV screens.
- A corresponding ad on CH 76 TV.
- Possible inclusion of your event to all RA’s on campus.

- Plan to produce at least one 22"x26" portrait poster and 50 flyers. These will be placed in one of the two the Stamp sandwich boards, shown at right.
- Banner space is reservable in the Stamp.
- Showcases, shown below, are reservable in the Stamp.
- Budget for paid print ads in any, or all, of the campus' alternative newspapers.
If you have the time and money to do more than the above, by all means, "go for it." The suggestions made provide a solid foundation for any campus marketing campaign. They also provide a predictable and professional approach to publicity. Use your time and budget wisely.
