Mission: To improve the quality of education and enhance graduate student life at the University of Maryland.

GRADUATE STUDENT'S CHAPTER: ASSOC. FOR INDIA'S DEVELOPMENT
Mission: To fund development projects in India.

MARYLAND STUDENT LEGISLATURE
Mission: To provide an opportunity for students to assemble as representatives of a model General Assembly to learn and experience the legislative process.

PRESIDENT'S STUDENT ADVISORY COUNCIL
Mission: To sensitize the chancellor to student issues.

RESIDENCE HALLS ASSOCIATION (RHA)
Mission: A student group that works on creating programs and policy for campus residents. We also coordinates the six Area Councils listed below.

SEE PRODUCTIONS (Student Entertainment Events)
Mission: A student-run organization, which works to bring concerts, cultural attractions, and lectures to campus. Volunteers help in advertising, promotion, ticket and concession sales, and security and accounting.

STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION (SGA)
Mission: To represent all undergraduate students through a governance body. SGA offers many opportunities for involvement through any of the fifteen cabinets and committees consisting of legislative, executive and judicial branches. Elected and appointed positions are available.

UNIVERSITY COMMUTERS ASSOCIATION (UCA)
Mission: To serve as the student advocate for the more than 70% of the student population. We represent students in parking, transportation issues, and provide services like Meter Beaters, Auto Assistance programs, and transportation information.
